These two paintings were painted side by side with the intention to be sold together. However, I've listed them separately as items because I realize people may want to mix and match depending on their space designs.
Using a Japanese hake brush, typically reserved for watercolors only, I achieved new blending strokes with smooth movements that complement the palette knife markings.
The warm undertones of yellow sneak through the layers and give the eye a resting point in this cool toned landscape of greens and blues, which is why I chose to frame this series in light frames. They highlight those accents of yellow bringing a warmth hugs the greens and blues in a way that is striking when displayed on your walls.
